About "Emocional Luxury"
The Bright Talents 2025 is a global initiative by POLYTECH, celebrating innovation, artistry, and purpose within plastic surgery. It brings together the most visionary surgeons and creators, redefining how beauty, science, and emotion can coexist in perfect harmony. In this edition, Dr. Sofia Santareno, founder of The Dr. Pure Clinic, was selected as one of the international speakers — a recognition reserved for a few surgeons whose vision goes beyond technique, reaching the art and emotion behind transformation. To accompany her presentation, “Emocional Luxury”, a cinematic short film by Pedro Almendro, was created to reveal the soul of the clinic’s philosophy — and to embody the essence of the Ultra-Rapid Recovery (RUR ®) protocol: a new paradigm in breast surgery, where precision meets empathy, and recovery becomes an experience of trust, grace, and rebirth. Through four emotional chapters — Courage, Love, Science, and Transformation — the film reflects on what happens when medicine meets meaning, and when healing becomes a journey of identity, beauty, and peace.
